Opens May 1, 2026: Kids Bookmark Design Contest
Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary sponsored by the Rolling Meadows Historical Museum. Kids ages 5-12 re invited to create a patriotic, history-inspired bookmark to celebrate America’s 250th birthday – and help make local history!
What you could win:
– Ride on the Rolling Meadows Historical Museum float in the 4th of July Parade
– Your artwork becomes part of local history
– Winning bookmarks given to all museum visitors for the rest of the year
Pick up your entry:
– Rolling Meadows Historical Museum – Sundays 1-4pm
– Your school
– You Library
Contest Opens May 1, and entries will be accepted through June 5. Return completed entries to the museum or to your school/library’s collection Box.
